Your team runs the methodology.
The AI does everything else.

This isn't a chatbot. You won't type a question and get a summary. You'll walk through a structured process — the same frameworks the best consulting firms use — and the AI will coach you through every step, build the deliverables in real time, and carry the context forward so you never start from scratch. Here's exactly how it works.

Choose your starting point.

Every project starts with one of these three agents. Start with the one that matches where you are right now. You don't need to begin at Innovation — if you already have a validated concept, jump straight to Strategy. If you have a strategy, start at Project.

Innovation

Start here when you have a raw idea that needs validation before you invest in it.

→ Produces an Innovation Brief with market evidence and a go/no-go recommendation
Strategy

Start here when you need a researched strategy with financial models and competitive analysis.

→ Produces a sourced Strategy Report with financial model
Risk

Start here when you need to assess risks, compliance gaps, or control frameworks.

→ Produces a board-ready Risk Assessment with controls matrix

Each entry point produces a deliverable that feeds forward into the pipeline.

Innovation Agent

You Do

You start with a raw idea. The AI coaches you through sharpening it — building a rigorous problem statement, identifying your target customer, and articulating your assumptions. Expect to be challenged. The coaching is designed to force clarity before you invest.

The AI Does

Six stages of structured coaching: from problem framing and evidence gathering through competitive analysis and financial feasibility. The AI runs live web research, builds market evidence, and coaches you through each stage. Then a 5-persona advisory panel pressure-tests your concept from five angles — strategy, engineering, finance, customer, and skeptic.

You Get

An Innovation Brief with readiness scores, market evidence, advisory panel feedback, and a clear recommendation on whether to proceed.

What used to take an innovation team weeks of research and internal review.
Connects To

The Innovation Brief feeds directly into Strategy. The AI already knows your concept, your assumptions, and the panel's feedback. You never re-explain context.

Strategy Agent

You Do

You have a conversation about your challenge. You describe the market, the competition, what you're trying to achieve. If Innovation or Risk ran first, that context is already loaded — the AI picks up where the last agent left off.

The AI Does

The AI conducts live web research for current market data and competitive intelligence, builds a financial model with projections, and produces a sourced strategy report with cited evidence and actionable recommendations. Every claim is backed by research. Every recommendation is specific.

You Get

A strategy report with live-sourced research, financial projections, competitive landscape analysis, and specific recommendations — with citations.

What used to take a consulting team six to eight weeks.
Connects To

The Strategy Report flows into Project. The AI builds your execution plan from the strategy — not from a blank page.

Risk Agent

You Do

You describe the initiative, the regulatory environment, and your known concerns. You walk through the risk landscape with the AI — it asks structured questions to surface risks you may not have considered.

The AI Does

The AI generates a risk register from your description, maps controls against each risk, identifies gaps using established RCSA frameworks, and produces remediation options with priority scoring. From risk landscape to board-ready report. You can then build a remediation project plan directly from the risk register — with full traceability back to every gap, control, and action item.

You Get

A board-ready risk assessment with risk register, controls matrix, gap analysis, and executive summary.

What used to require an outside firm and a six-week engagement.
Connects To

Risk findings feed into Strategy and Project planning. From the completed assessment, you can build a remediation project directly — the AI converts gaps and actions into workstreams with full risk traceability. When remediation workstreams are completed in the Project agent, the risk register automatically updates: gaps close, controls are marked effective, and the audit log records every change with undo capability.

From here, it's sequential. Each agent builds on the last.

Project Agent

You Do

You review the strategy context — or provide your own brief if you're starting here. You specify constraints: timeline, team size, budget, dependencies.

The AI Does

The AI decomposes your strategy into workstreams, assigns RACI ownership, builds a milestone timeline with dependencies and toll gates, and creates a risk register for execution. This isn't a static plan — it's a live nerve center wired to every other agent in the system.

You Get

A full project plan with timeline, workstream breakdown, RACI assignments, milestones, and risk register — all connected. Build workstreams complete, the plan updates automatically. Risk controls get remediated, the risk register closes the loop. Everything flows to the Company Dashboard in real time.

What used to take a PMO two to three weeks to assemble.
Connects To

Everything. Build reports workstream completion back. Risk remediation projects close the loop on the risk register. Strategy context carries forward into every workstream. The Company Dashboard aggregates it all. The Project agent is the connective tissue of the entire operating system.

Build Agent

You Do

You choose what to build: a digital product, an integration, an automation, or a custom application. You refine the spec with the AI.

The AI Does

The AI generates working prototypes from your project specs, writes technical documentation, and produces testable applications your team can demo to stakeholders and hand to engineering.

You Get

Functional prototypes and build specifications ready for stakeholder review or engineering handoff.

From spec to working prototype in hours, not sprints.
Connects To

Built artifacts move to Deploy for packaging, preview URLs, and engineering handoff documentation.

Deploy Agent

You Do

You review the build output and choose how to package it: a shareable preview URL, a downloadable package, or a full engineering handoff with documentation.

The AI Does

The AI packages your prototype for stakeholder review with live preview URLs, prepares handoff documentation for engineering, and bundles code, specs, and deployment instructions.

You Get

Live preview URLs and packaged deliverables ready for your engineering team or stakeholders.

Deployment-ready output, not another document to hand off manually.
Connects To

Deployed work feeds into Monitor for ongoing competitive tracking and strategic health scoring.

Monitor Agent

You Do

You set what to track: competitors, key assumptions from your original strategy, market shifts, or strategic health indicators.

The AI Does

The AI runs continuous competitive scans with live web search, tracks your strategic assumptions against real market conditions, and alerts you when conditions shift with updated health scores.

You Get

A living dashboard of competitive intelligence, assumption validation, and strategic health scores.

Always-on intelligence, not a quarterly review that's already outdated.
Connects To

When conditions change, findings loop back into Strategy or Innovation. The cycle continues. This isn't a one-time deliverable — it's ongoing intelligence.

What powers every agent.

Six capabilities run through the entire platform — built into every step of every agent.

Live Research

Real-time web search with sourced citations. Current market data, competitive intelligence, and evidence — cited and verifiable.

Framework Coaching

The AI challenges your thinking, asks the hard questions, and guides you through proven consulting frameworks. Your team learns the methodology by using it.

Continuous Context

Every agent inherits the full history of your project. Move from Innovation to Strategy to Build without re-explaining anything.

Real-Time Deliverables

Financial models, risk matrices, competitive landscapes, and executive summaries built as you work. Not after a six-week engagement. Now.

👥

Expert Network

At any stage, the platform matches you with the right specialist — a former CFO to validate a financial model, a regulatory expert to review controls, an industry operator to pressure-test a strategy. One focused engagement for the judgment call that matters.

Build Challenge

When a prototype needs production engineering, post a structured challenge. Vetted providers compete on your brief with milestone-based payouts.

How it all connects.

This isn't seven standalone tools. It's an operating system where every agent's output feeds the next, and every action is reflected across the platform in real time.

Innovation feeds Strategy

When an idea passes validation in the Innovation agent, it can be promoted directly into a Strategy session. The validated concept, advisory panel feedback, and market evidence carry forward — the Strategy agent picks up with full context, not a blank page.

Strategy becomes a Project

A completed strategy report can be imported into the Project agent, which decomposes recommendations into workstreams, milestones, RACI assignments, and KPIs. The strategic intent maps directly into execution structure.

Risk drives Remediation

From a completed risk assessment, you can build a remediation project plan with one click. The AI converts open gaps and action items into workstreams, each traced back to specific risk register entries. Every workstream knows which gaps it's closing and which controls it's implementing.

Build updates Project

As the Build agent completes workstreams, it reports status back to the Project agent automatically. Workstream statuses update in real time, so the project plan always reflects actual progress.

Remediation closes the Risk loop

When a remediation workstream is completed in the Project agent, a closed-loop dialog asks whether to update the risk register. Gaps are marked remediated, controls are marked effective, and the audit log records every change with full undo capability. The risk posture improves in real time — without anyone manually updating a spreadsheet.

The Company Dashboard sees everything

The Company Dashboard aggregates all initiatives, risk programs, remediation projects, and activities across every agent into a single view. You see risk posture with controls effectiveness breakdowns, remediation progress with completion percentages, regulatory framework coverage, ROI comparisons of risk exposure vs. remediation cost, and cross-initiative dependency warnings — all in real time. It's the board-level view of your entire transformation portfolio.

Journey Codes: The Connective Tissue

Every initiative gets a unique Journey Code (TRX-XXXXXX) that connects all related agent sessions into a single thread. When you start an innovation session, run a risk assessment, and build a project plan — they're all linked by the same Journey Code. The Company Dashboard uses these codes to show your complete transformation pipeline, from idea to monitoring, as a connected story rather than disconnected tools.

Tips for better results.

01

Be specific in your inputs

The more context you give each agent, the more tailored the output. A vague brief produces a generic report. A detailed brief — with specifics about your market, your constraints, your competitive landscape — produces something you can actually present to your board.

02

Use the research

The Strategy and Innovation agents search the web in real time. Your reports include live data and cited sources. Ask the AI to dig deeper on specific competitors or markets. The more you direct the research, the more valuable it becomes.

03

Iterate

Your first pass is a starting point. Ask follow-up questions. Challenge the analysis. Push back on assumptions. Each round sharpens the output. The best results come from three to four rounds of refinement.

04

Save your code name

Every project gets a unique code name. Bookmark it or write it down. You can come back anytime and pick up exactly where you left off — the AI remembers everything.

05

Bring in experts at the right moment

Don't wait until the end. If you're at the Strategy stage and you know the financial model needs expert review, bring in a specialist then — not after you've built the project plan around assumptions that haven't been validated.

Agent-specific tips

Innovation

The more specific you are about your target customer and their pain point, the sharper the advisory panel feedback. Generic problems get generic validation.

Strategy

Direct the research. Tell the AI which competitors to analyze, which markets to scan, which data points matter most to your decision. Guided research beats broad research.

Risk

Don't just list the risks you already know. Walk through the risk landscape with the AI and let it surface risks you haven't considered. The structured RCSA process is designed to catch blind spots.

Project

Be honest about constraints. If your timeline is aggressive, say so. If your team is small, say so. The AI builds a realistic plan — but only if it knows the real constraints.

Build

Start with the most critical user flow. Don't try to build everything at once. A focused prototype of the core experience is more valuable than a broad prototype of everything.

Deploy

Use the preview URLs for stakeholder buy-in before engineering handoff. A live demo is worth more than a specification document.

Monitor

Set specific assumptions to track, not broad categories. "Our competitor will launch in Q3" is more useful than "track the competitive landscape."
